Booking a time and date for your call will help to avoid the back and forth that often happens when trying to schedule a mutual time. It will also allow me to prepare for your call in advance and provide a more thoughtful consultation.


 

After you book your call

  • You will receive an email confirming the time and date of your call.
  • If you don’t see the confirmation email within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • You will receive two reminder emails, once the day before and again 3 hours before your appointment.
  • We will phone you at the number you have provided at the time of your scheduled call.
  • If you need to reschedule, please reply to your confirmation email or leave a voice message at 403-980-2227 at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

 

How to prepare for your call

  • You should be seated at your computer with a list of any questions and a pen and paper to take notes.
  • You should have browser tabs open for your website and for any other sites you wish to discuss.
  • You should also gather any relevant documents and/or account logins that may be needed.
