Changes to the Essential Care Plan for 2026
Fee increase from $835 to $850/year

Addition of an annual Google Check to all sites in the Essential Care Plan
This is a basic 5-point check to ensure that your Google account services are active and there are no major issues. This is a monitoring service only. If you are looking to improve your current Google rankings, you would need an in-depth search optimization service, see https://airdrieweb.ca/services/search-optimization/
Introduction of our Basic Care Plan
This is a basic maintenance plan at a more affordable price of $550/year and includes our entire suite of custom monitoring systems.
- Suitable for smaller brochure-style websites where the content is updated infrequently
- Site maintenance services are limited to 4 checks per year instead of the 12 monthly checks provided in the Essential Care Plan
- Your site must be hosted in your own account at WHC.ca
- Does not include one-time Website Migration fee of $250
- Does not include website hosting fees
Website Migration Services 🍁
Many of our customers’ websites are hosted in the United States. If you would like to have your website assets located in Canada, we can help with transferring your domain name and/or website to a Canadian hosting company.
Moving a WordPress website from one hosting server to another is often a technical challenge and general takes anywhere from 3 to 5 hours to fully complete the process. We are currently offering this transfer service for a one-time fee of $250 to move your website from wherever it is now, to your own hosting account at WHC.ca, see: https://airdrieweb.ca/services/website-migration/
This fee also applies to any customers who want to move their website from our Airdrie Web Design hosting server to their own hosting account, providing you with full ownership of your website assets.

How to Switch to a New Billing Cycle or Plan
Invoices for customers with annual Website Care Plans will be sent out at the beginning of November. If you have any questions about your invoice or would like to switch to a different payment schedule, please let me know. We offer MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, and YEARLY plans.
