Need some changes or additions to your existing website?
HOW IT WORKS
Requests for updates or changes to your current site are accepted on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
Please submit your changes by Monday at 10am if you would like the work to be completed the same week.
The turnaround time for updates and change requests is generally 2 to 3 business days. If you need it done sooner, please let us know and we will try to fit it into our schedule. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a rush fee, but we will always get your approval before applying this charge.
WHAT TYPE OF FILES TO SEND
TEXT: You can send your list of changes and/or the written content for each page in a MS-Word document or in an email message, or you can complete the form below.
PHOTOS: Send your photos in raw/hi-resolution JPG format. We will edit, optimize and resize the images for you.
VIDEOS: If you have videos you will need to send them via File Transfer Service, see info listed on this page. If your videos have been uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo you can simply send us the link/URL to the video.

Most files can be uploaded with the submission form below, or you can email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are sending large files (over 30 MB) or a large number of photos, we recommend that you use a file transfer service. SendSpace.com is our favorite. It’s free, it’s easy to use, and you can send files up to 300 MB each.
